The page you linked to does not show a dimension bottom of frame to ground. It shows bottom of front and bottom of rear axle to ground, and floor of bed to ground.
The height of the frame above the ground varies depending on where under the truck you measure it. I don't have a stock 3100 so I can't answer the question even with a tape measure. But you could make it easier for someone to help you by suggesting some exact points you'd like measured.

Steve, If I had dimension to the bed, I could then subtract the height of the bed from the frame. While you are at it, can I get you to measure the distance from the hood to top of radiator cap? Need not be exact, just need to know how far I can section the hood, or should I lower and trim the fenders? Thanks in advance. First measurement: the frame from the forward edge of the 2nd running board support = 14 15/16". second measurement: from the floor to top of the tires = 25 7/8". Hope this helps. You can add me to your board of directors with a modest salary.
