It has all the bolts and gear you need. Clean out the two threaded bolts in the wheel and then use the small pointed cap for the center bolt included in the kit. Tighten everything up and its loose in about 5-minutes using the included items. I assume you have a 47-54 AD, If not post with more information. | | | | | Joined: Apr 2004 Posts: 888 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Apr 2004 Posts: 888 | I just soak the steering wheel with penetrating fluid,PB Blaster/WD 40. Loosen the nut but leave it on covering the threads, get a helper, one sit in the seat an pull on the wheel near the spokes and have your helper smack the nut with a soft/brass hammer. Have had most pop off, Leave the nut on to save end of threads and your teeth!! Good luck

I just wanted to take it off to fix things below, turn signal, etc.I just painted the whole thing and like a dummy didn't plan ahead so now need to take the wheel off.

I always use the same procedure and without help I would pry the wheel up and down or side to side with both hands on opposites sides of the wheel always making sure to have the nut still in place and saving your teeth..LOL. | | |
