How do you remove the torque converter? I have removed the tranny from a '61 235 and the TC is still on the engine. How do you get it off? I pried a little, but I don't want to break anything.

I'll look for those if I can get the engine to turn. I noticed there was a hole on the front side to see in.

Pay carefull attention to the instructions in the shop manual to get it installed correctly to engage the pump and not damage the seal.
