Wanted to see if anyone would know on a gm 350 where the identification numbers would be on it, I want to find out more about what is under the hood and waht vehicle it is from.

The casting number for the block is on the LR of the engine above the bellhousing area. Head castings are under the valve covers. Then use the Mortec site to get more info.
