I just finished sanding and grinding down the floor and there are some areas that have some slight discoloration adn texturew where the surface rust was. I found a product called Kleanstrip that I was going to spray on before I primed it. Can someone advise the best product for this??
PS I cut out the major rust damage and I am welding in patch panels this is for some surface rust.

In cases like this I have used eastwoods "metal ready" and I'm pleased with it. I assume there's no paint on your floors. After that treatment I spray with Southern Polyurethanes epoxy primer. Actually I'm doing mine now After I weld in a patch panel. The "metal ready" will remove the rust discoloration in 15 miutes and leave a phosphate coating to help prevent future rust.

I myself would recommend the POR15 products.
