How does one insert that long bolt in the rounded end of the front bed panel? I have dinked away with this for several hours and even succumbed to asking my wife for ideas. I won't share her suggestions with the forum right now but string and wire and a bow and arrow were bantered about. Help! What is the cool/trick way the gurus do it? Little tiny hole at each end and a long bolt that has to fish to it's home about 4 feet away. Help! Catch them in the middle then pull one out to one side attach to a wire or the rod and pull back through. Worked on my 1935 pickup box. You could use on snake and then a wire with a loop on the end from the other.

It is much stiffer. That way you can hold the panel vertical and lower the bolt into the top curl.
