I'm trying to completely hide the gas fill that will be used to fill a between the rails fuel cell under the wooden bed. I bought the kit from Mar-K with stainless strips. Is there a kit or does something need to be fabricated?

58GMC I can't answer your question, but you might want to place this question in the "Making a Stovebolt Bed" section. It will get a little more attention there. Welcome to the bolt. There is a lot of great info on this site. It will take you a while to find it all. By the way I have a 59 gmc 1/2 ton.

i would say to make it it hidden you will need to FAB UP somethin ...maybe a nice trap door made out of the wood you will cut out ?...all you would see is the angle iron frame work an hinge an latch that would allow you to access the fuel cell filler ????
