ALOT OF THE TIME YOU CAN JUST REMOVE THE FANS AND YOU WILL BE GOOD. i RECOMEND REPLACING THE PULLEY IF YOU CARE ABOUT PREFORMANCE. THAT WAY YOU TAKE OFF AS MUCH WEIGHT AS POSSIBLE AND that way it actually makes it worth the time and effert to replace the fan. you engines not spinning something useless
