- short wheel base
- 3100
- 6 lug wheels (1/2 ton parts will work)
Do you have an ID plate between the hinges on the driver's door post? There is a code on there that will help.

Could someone have taken an 8 3/4 ton front axle, drilled new holes for 6 lugs on the hub, and mounted a 6 lug drum and wheel?
