You will have some alignment to do, but it isn't serious. Go ahead with the project then align when you get a chance. Do so before too long so your tires don't wear unevenly up front. It will steer fine and be safe but will need camber and caster adjustments (If I remember, they tilt in at the top when lowered, causing wear on the inside bottoms).
Make sure to get the adjustible tracking arm for the rear end...as your truck comes down the rearend will shift towards one side.
