Should I look for a new engine or should I have it rebuilt? I'm probably going to switch out the rear end so its not so low geared. Any recommedations? | | |

As far as the rear? I keep hearing GM 10 bolt out of a 2nd gen F-body...like Camaro or Firebird.

Did your engine lock up from setting, or while driving. If it's from rust and setting, there is a good chance of freeing her up.
