Should I buy mineral washer or something? Should I try pressure washing it all first then soaking it in something? What's the best way to do all of this?

You don't need a big one, if you do you can get a small sand blaster from sears for $40.00 and use it to clean all your small parts. I use mine for all small parts and they turned out great. Mineral spirits would probably work.

Any sheet metal you have blasted make sure folks know what they are doing but for the heavy stuff most anyone can do that. | | | | | Joined: Mar 2006 Posts: 127 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Mar 2006 Posts: 127 | I think I'll do what achipmunk said.. I don't really want to go and buy a bead blaster and a new compressor right now, so I boxed up everything to take to get sandblasted... it'll be a lot easier and cheaper
