This weekend, the Jack Daniels World Championship BBQ cooking contest. Teams from all over the world come- in facy to be invited you must have already won one world class event. Competition very stiff in brisket, ribs and pork shoulder. SWIMCO and I will take the pictured 1967 Mack B67 and similiar-vintage 38' RV to spend the weekend. Both were pretty much junk till I rebuilt/improved them. Trailer has a full king size bed, full size bath tub AND shower, and still has a genset that will run everything at the same time for 40 hours. Truck is enjoying honorable retirement after working some 2 1/2 million miles hauling steel. Always a big hit with the bubba's. Stop buy if your near Lynchburg Tennessee.
