Will the brake drums, wheel cylinders and brake shoes that fit a '64 K10 pickup, fit a K10 "Burb?
If so, where can I find those parts?

Should be the same. See if your backing plates are bolted on or pressed on. Try RJ, he has an ad in the swap meet, also Tom Myers in Miami, OK. Brian

I got my 63 K20 drums from a CarQuest auto parts store. Had to order them but they came the next day. I had them with me so we could take measurements and had the shoes too. Some of those were different sizes too, making the drum different also,
