Brendan, TY the toyota gets a complete make over, front and rear disc brakes, 350 cid chevy engine, lockers on the front, the rear already has them. Gonna use real-tree camo clad on the out side, and forest green rino-liner on the inside.
The scout has a 305 chevy, rv cam, edelbrock intake and valve covers, block hugger headers, quadra flood carb., 350 automatic transmission, 205 gear to gear transfer case, danna 30's front and rear, 3:56 gears front and rear with lockers, also has a pierse wench 12,000 lb., 2 inch add-a-leaf suspension lift, B&M slap shifter, black rino-liner interrior, and when the hard top is on has lights that shine front, rear, and both sides attached to the roof rack. My son tells me there ain't no place the scout wont go.
The Pinna Ferinna (fiat) is not stock, running about 10.2 in the quarter mile. she loves to eat stock 5.0 mustangs. It realy takes them buy surprise. She takes off like an arrow from a bow.
I have more pics (somwhere in this darn computer) of the scout whith the top on and the fiat with the hood up.

She is seen there getting a much needed complete brake job, new everything,master cyl., wheel cyls,hoses,and shoes, rear axle seals, and wheel bearing pack. I have found an origional 1941 216 engine to replace the 235 some one else installed. It is at the machine shop and I should get it back this week. When the engine is out I am gonna make her back red again. She was born red she will grow old red and with all her origional parts, just like the day she was built.

The truck is a real beauty, but it's easy to get distracted by that '54 vette. Untill I found a website like this one that helped me. The tank is the radiator reservoir. The shield is to cut down on radio noise from the engine. The antenna for the radio is part of the deck lid it is molded into the fiberglass so it cant be grounded and picks up all kinds of noise from the engine.
We run her on aircraft fuel.
Oh did I mention that the numbers match the car build. She is the real deal.
