While trying to remove/ replace the parking brake linkage I cannot separate the sections of rod that run beneath the cab. I have removed the cotter pins, but they dont seem to matter b/c the clevis pins do not move. Is this rust or is this operator error?

Couldn't get them to move with heat, PB Blaster, and lots of force. But the 4" cutoff wheel did the trick. I needed to get that piece out of the way so I could ship the cab off to the sandblaster.
