I keep gettig outbid at auctions, it seems like everybody is looking a good welder. I went to a auction at a RV businss that was going under. To make a long story short, I bought a Lincoln 175T with a 3'bottle of shielding gas, cart, and autoshade helmet for $300. The deals are out there if you keep looking. | | | | | Joined: Mar 2004 Posts: 734 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Mar 2004 Posts: 734 | That's a heck of a deal right there. Congrats. I love a good deal. Lincoln makes good welders. I really like mine. -David | | | | | Joined: Mar 2004 Posts: 154 Member | | Member Joined: Mar 2004 Posts: 154 | thats an amazing deal, i shelled out about $150 for my little Lincoln 110v fluxcore.
needless to say, i love it, tho it sure would be nice to have a 220v with sheilding gas like i used in shop class last year. then again, it'd be nice to have the hydraulic shear, and the TIG welder, and..and...
oops. sorry. i digress.
good catch!
