does anybody know if this rust preventer works?

counter act is one of those electric rust preventers.stick a pad at each end of your truck and wire to the control box and supposidly it will keep your truck from rusting.they were pushing it on "three guy garage"

As much as I like Sam and Dave and Dave, TGG has turned into an infomercial. You have to remember that these guys also endorsed the useless Tornado gizmo that goes in the inlet air duct. They will basically shill for whatever vendor wants to buy air time. I'm pretty disappointed that they guys put their reputation on some of this stuff. Wouldn't surprise me if someone dug out some of the snake oil items from old J.C. Whitney catalogs (like the fire injection spark plugs and such) and had TGG prostitute themselves for the products.

To answer your question about Counteract, I don't see scientifically how it could work. Maybe it does, but until someone can prove it to me, my return adress is somewhere in Missouri.

They use this technic on large shipps since years with succsess but you need lots a salt water to make it work.

We use it on the Trans AK pipeline but it is a much more complicated system. Anode beds and all that stuff.
