I've had this hidden in the shed for a couple of weeks, I decided I better take some pics and share em. I shot the wheels red (radials soon) and touched up a few places on the front fenders.

Darn near rust free, last registered in 1989 where its been sitting in a barn with some Model A and model T Ferds. valve seals just replaced, no smoke, brakes cleaned up to get it home

Has some interesting touches.
Rebuilt 216 tag states 40 over, it will darn near fly, ran 70 mph on the way home according to my gps, don't stop so good
outdoor green carpet over the gas pedal and interior rear cab cover, seat frame is bad
when rebuilt engine was put in, so was a late flywheel, 12 volt starter, pushbutton in dash with floor start removed
51 or 52 passenger car steering wheel

RBT,

I just brought the truck home, I haven't started on it, yet. Currently everything is stock except for the early 50s steering wheel. Huck brakes need adjusting. New tires this week and she'll probably stay in this condition for a while until I finish modernizing the 39. The diesel 53 one ton project may have to wait a little longer.
