i want to tear off my ugly sattilite dish 80's gm mirrors, they look like crap, i cant belive i kept them on here as long as i have, what about the door edge peek mirror from lmc truck? or the 3" and 4" side arms? i think the peek looks alot smoother but i have doubts about its ability to let me see those retarded florida drivers.

Personally,I lean more to the full size West Coast mirrors,but function rules my choices.You might want to consider some other aftermarket mirrors-there are some big enough to be useful and easily fitted to the older trucks.Lots of different styles too. The peep mirrors look cool but are nearly useless out in the world,unless you can find any with convex glass.
Speed

You can also get the larger square mirrors that are stock and then stick on little fish eye mirrors that eliminate the blind spots. That's what I have on my 59.

The original peep mirrors were put on along with the small round side mirror as an option. They do not serve as a good functional mirror from my experience. They do look kind of cool though.

I also don't think any mirrors can help with retarded drivers in any state.

I'm w/ arswine - the larger stock mirrors are great , and the peeps alone are as good as .... nothing
