Is there a simple (and cheap) way to put discs on the rear end or will I need to swap out the rear end? And if I go about swapping out the rear end does anyone know of one with a similar width and has disc brakes. Oh, this is a 1/2 ton if it makes any difference.

They say money can't buy happiness. It can buy old Chevy trucks though. Same thing. 1972 Chevy c10 Cheyenne SuperIn the Gallery Forum

If you get the right one you can get a 3.07 rearend. There is a cheap disc brake kit for that axle.

Thanks in advance. | | |

They have the same 6-bolt pattern as the early trucks. Or the width of the 6-bolt disc brake axle from a late model Chev Trailblazer/GMC Envoy might work better for you.
