I'm looking for some links to good looking and functional hold down clips of various sizes for securing brake lines, fuel lines, trans lines and the like. What do you use and where do you get them? I used to have a supplier "saved" on my old computer that crashed and burned last year.
Thanks,
Scott

I made a jig for making clips because I have a resto shop and always didn't have or had the wrong size. Took about an hour and maybe five bucks worth of material. You can use any material--steel,SS, aluminum, brass, copper, etc., and finish them from functional to show. They are as good or better than the boughten ones and very quick to make. Now for the rub, I'm a real computer neanderthal so I'd be glad to snail mail a drawing to one of the guys (or gals) with computer savvy that could put the drawing on the Stovebolt site to help anyone needing to make clips. It's adjustable for 1/8, 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, and 3/8 size lines.

That's it Jim, thank-you. I'll be placing an order as soon as I figure out exactly what I need.
I've got it saved to my new computer now. Maybe I should write it down too, LOL,
Scott

I've been in contact with OldSub and if I can ever give him an understandable discription he's going to make the photos and dicription available on this site. If anyone with computer smarts is in the Dallas area they are welcome to drop by the shop and see a couple get whacked out--just takes a few seconds.
