Hi all, I’ve been surfing this site for a couple of months, been feeling like I’m looking through somebody’s shades, so thought it’s about time to join. Been kind of reluctant because I don’t know squat about most things automotive.( although I’m old enough to know how much six-bits is ) So I’m afraid it will be more giving than receiving. I have a 55, 3600 NAPCO. Had it for about 15 years, mostly parked with the occasional dump run. As soon as I get back home, (working in Iraq now) I plan on spending some time fixing her up. Everything’s there, just never have spent any time on her. Just kind of scary on where to start and worse, how for to go! From looking over this site, I will be able to find the much needed help. Thank you all in advance Mike g

welcome to the bolt!

ya know, that old 55 napco really isn't worth that much so why don't you just let me take a drive up to idaho and i'll take it off your hands...especially since you only use it for "the occasional dump run".

pics! we need pics!

good luck in iraq. be safe!

Some know a lot...some know a little...the love of old trucks brings us all here. That's what I like about this site. You can ask almost anything without feeling stupid.

Welcome to the bolt.

Be safe in Iraq. I am not sure what you are doing there, but you have my utmost respect for hanging out on the line by going there.
