Welcome to the Stovebolt Page, Vette!

Be sure to check out the rest of the site, too. Also, a better place for photos of your truck is in our Gallery (along with a write up about the truck -- how you found it, what you do with it, plans for it, etc) -- Send those to Peggy ([email protected]) and she get you going.

Regards,
John

Is there a first series 55-59? I believe that in looking through some parts stuff, there was a different dash...Where can I find more about this?

Hi Avette. I'm a bit new here as well. Nice site with lots of info. Thankfully I'm not yet "67" as my truck is. Only 53. Maybe I'll make it to 67???

Nice looking 58! What kind of buckets did you install and where did you find them?

Davey

Very impressive. My 59 (and I am 59 model (at least when they would have been available)) is no where near as nice. More of work truck. I like that shifter. Reminds me of the old rat fink stuff from the 60s.

Thanks man.. I checked out your "work" truck and thought it was darn nice as well..

I had a similar shifter in a '72 that i used to have..many of the young uns won't know what that rat fink is...sadly, i do.. grin

I tell ya vette that I am not the one to work a P.C. and I will have to wait till Arnswine and I get together so that he can shoot my Bolt "do his magic" and get my 59 in the gallery. This week the TEXAS CONNECTION OF THE BROTHERHOOD OF STOVEBOLTERS are getting together to go to the seasons first (and coldest) Swap Meet. There Arnswine will get a Group Photo of the TEXAS bolts. (and mine)
