My freind sent money in a money order like he preferred & has not received the part. I referred him & now I,m caught in the middle. George  They say money can't buy happiness. Email him every day soon he'll get sick of it and do what you ask.
If that does't work go over there and break his legs

I just did a Augie61 search..he has lots of sales to folks on the forum. I doesn't appear he is in the flaky category. I wonder if there is a logical explanation for the problem.
It wouldn't seem likely that he would cut off his nose to spite his face...this site is a good outlet for his parts...maybe I am too naive.

Most money orders have a number on the reciept where you can call and check to see if it has been cashed. Some guys won't ship stuff till the money order clears.
Has he tried to eMail or call the dude to ask what's up?
an idea is only stupid if you think about it rationally.

Don't fret Augie - there's been a lot of scammers showing up here on the 'Bolt's swap meet ever since 67-72chevytrucks.com changed their ad posting policies. -W | | | | | Joined: Nov 1995 Posts: 5,711 Bond Villain | | Bond Villain Joined: Nov 1995 Posts: 5,711 | Glad to hear this is resolved. I think the Stovebolt World Network is helpful for things like this.

Give him a call or email he will make it right. Knee jerk responses never solve problems. Communication seem to be the underlying cause of most. Talk to Augie61, I have purchased parts in person he is a nice guy and will do his best to make it right.
