| | | | Joined: Mar 2005 Posts: 22 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Mar 2005 Posts: 22 | I have a 66 C-10 and A 84 Corvette. The Vette is sitting in the driveway and has not been driven for 2 years. I gave the car to my son and he drove it for about two years and decided he wanted a truck to. I have seen in CT ads about the Flatout Enginering front and rear bolt on suspension system that uses Vete components. Has anyone seen or know of anyone that has done this. The ad does not give a cost for the componets but it would have to be cheeper than the Jim Meyer set up. Years ago I put one of the Bolt on CE Mustang II Kits in a 40 Ford and it was a good swap.

He has been puttin vette IFS rears in cars since the 70's and he has been putting the fronts on hot rods for longer than i have been alive. If you would like I could dig up his card and get a phone number. He is kind of a recluse so he might be hard to get a hold of.

I thought about that as an option but 84's don't bring that much right now even thought it is in good condition but has been sitting for two years. Just think of how well the truck will handle and it should sit real low to. I will probley use the seats and eng and trans out of it to and sell the frame and body parts
