Does anyone make a big window conversion kit for a 56 chevy pickup? If so, where could I get one? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

"conversion kit'? GM made one - find a cab that has a big window, cut it at the belt line, cut your small window the same, transpose the 2 tops

sorry, couldn't resist - if you could look at both cabs at the same time you can see that what would be needed for a conversion "kit" would be 2 cabs, a well equipped body shop, and an excellent bodyman - the glass is available from an auto glass shop

Brent like this small window? - no doubt made by Dynacorn - even tougher than nipping the top off an original cab IMO - remember that there's an 'inner' body as well as that outer shell, and that needs the larger opening too, and those 2 panels are pinch welded - on top of the 500$ patch cost, you'd be looking at at least a thou to install it

you'd be best off to find a decent big window cab Highschooler, and just switch cabs - even trade the small window for it, as many folks would rather have that! 90% of the TF cabs ya see are small window tho, so it won't be too easy to find a loose big window cab
