The man said he had a F@#D that fit my year range. I'm not really looking for a Ford but I'd like to know what it is. He says he thinks it's a '42 but here is his description: split windshield, teardrop shaped head lights on fenders, grill comes up with hood. I know that's not much to go on but see if you can figure out what year it is. I know the '42 didn't have teardrop headlights. I'm assuming no title since he's guessing at the year and I've e-mailed him back to get some pics. Let me know if you can figure it out. I'm not sure what he means by "grill comes up with hood".

He doesn't have a digital camera so I'm waiting on regular pics. thru the snail mail. I'm hoping that it's at least a '38-'41. I'm not too worried aboutn it not having a bed. There are probably tons of years that would work and there's a guy here in my home town that makes these beds for Chevy and Ford, but the rear fenders may be a little tough to find. I'll post here when I find more out.

Titled as a 1939 - looks like a 40, and has Ford Glass dated late 39.
But the Grill does not open with the hood. 38-39 had an oval "barrel ring" grill, but i am not sure if it opened with the hood or not. Someone in the neighborhood has one - i could check out if you would like.
