I just saw the April Custom Classic Trucks. The Market Place showed new doors available for 52-55 AD trucks. They are made by Dynacorn International and sold by Tuckers Classic Pickup Parts.

Hope this helps some of you guys.

Current fleet (subject to change w/o notice)
\'49 GMC 3/4-Ton , 60 Austin Healey Frog-eye Sprite (some assembly required), 2011 Dodge Avenger, 2015 Jeep Cherokee. No, they don't all run.
My other ride is a (B737)no, (B767)no, A320.... Update... was Embraer E190, now Boeing B787.

Knowledge is a wonderful thing, but ignorance means you don't know you can't do something.

Weird...most of the parts guys have doors coming out of their wazoos. Heck, my family has two ADs, and three parts trucks -- and at least two usable extra sets of doors. Why reproduce what the salvage guys can barely give away?

I don't know about the rest of the country but they are hard to find here because the whole bottom of most doors are completely rusted out and usually covered up with bondo which makes it worse. Must be nice to live in some of these nice dry states! grin

I have two full sets of extra doors, with windows and regulators, etc. What I cant find are rear fenders and running boards. The rust doesnt get them here, they just got damaged due to hard use. I cant afford to pay for re-pops anyway. The repop fenders and running boards cost more than I paid for two of my trucks. I am sure that somebody needs this new stuff and can afford to buy them new.

Yeah I bet those doors are pretty high. I know repop rear fenders are still pretty high.

What about the quality of the repro stuff? Most of the stuff I've seen doesn't have near the quality of good used parts, even if a little body work is required on the used stuff.

Here in Maryland we also have difficulty finding decent sheet metal. Usually full of rust
