Put my new rockers in today. I also fabricated inner 1/4 panels. I'll be replacing the outer 1/4's next with Fleetside Longbox 1/4's.

1/4's came today!! I'll be hangin' 'em Saturday.
I'll have more photos then. Gotta be in fresh paint by spring!! I was thinking of going with a fiberglass 2" cowl induction hood. Whaddya think?

Really looks nice.

Man o man, lookin' good. I'm jealous of that plasma cutter. I love metal work more than anything. Did you have a problem with warpage at all or did you run a small bead and let it cool? My problem is I'm too impatient for enough cooling. I gotta learn to take more beer breaks or go play with the kids for 15 minutes in between welds.
Looks great! Can't wait to see more.

I used the "stitch" method. Weld 1", then, move to another spot, weld another inch & so on. By the time you get back to the other welds, they've cooled enough to weld another inch. I absolutely love my plasma cutter. I can't count how much time it's saved me.

Thanks guys, I'll have more pics this weekend, after the 1/4's are hung. I'm gonna get all the sheet metal work done, then, start the plastic work. Even though I'm saving time with the plasma cutter & welder, some things just don't get done fast enough.
