Does anyone know a manufacturer or source for original looking tires for these trucks other then Coker who is too high? My rims are 15"x7". The tires I removed from the rims were 7.00x15 bias ply tires. I basically want a direct replacement for these but all I have been able to find is $100+ Coker tires.

I think you can get bias-ply 7.50/15, it is meant for trailers but can be used on trucks, I know Cooper sells one. Cokers are too high if you are gonna drive it, I went w/radials. Brian--- check this- cooper super road

Try a local truck tire shop or co-op. The 7.00-15 bias ply is still made and used in Mexico. You didn't say what ply rating, my dealer carries an 8 ply. When I bought a pair a few years ago he had them in stock.

Yokohama 700R15LT look and work great - tall and as thin as the original - only problem is the 10ply is a bit harsh riding, but not as bad as a bias ply that hasta bump along on the flat spots til warmed up - no reason to use bias plys nowadays

I saw those Cooper Super Roads a few months back and really like they way they look. Definitely look old school and would look great on stock rims.
If anyone finds out how much $$, please post. I couldn't find anyone on the net selling 'em.

Just checked at my local Cooper dealer during lunch. According to their price list, the 6ply tires are listed at $92.40 each, not including any mounting, etc. They also have a 8 ply version, which I would expect to be more.
