does anyone know a tool for it

I've got them on mine too. I haven't found a tool for them yet but I really haven't looked that hard. I've heard they are not too hard to come by.

Chevy used alot of them on the old trucks. Screw drivers are available from most of the specialtie supplyers. They are listed in Chevy duty catalog.
