Mike Shott's 1961 Chevy Apache

      This is my 1961 Chevrolet truck. I guess it would be an Apache. I got it the other day. Its been a long road of praying and searching to find it. Finally, when I did find it, I begged my Dad to take me to see it. He agreed as long as I would work for him. So that's what I did.

      We went to the DMV and got the title and all put in our name. The previous owner delivered the truck to us.

      It runs and has a Chevy Thriftmaster under the hood. It also has a 5 speed manual trans on the floor from a new S-10 pickup.

      She dives nice.   I will be fixing it up myself so that I have a nice ride to go off to college in. I'm 17. I've got some additional pictures here.
