Yes, there are lots of guys here who know about titles and can help you. The easiest way to do it is to decipher the VIN -- if we have that (or at least the first numbers and letters) we can tell you the year and where it was made.

I'm not too familiar with the pre-war trucks but it could of been a mid year thing. If it were me, I would just title it with what you got. Maybe see if any numbers match to the truck.
