A complete dash replacement? I had to do mine on my 53 3100 and it involved drilling out what seemed like an endless amount of spotwelds.

This is one post I'll be watching!
I need to replace mine this summer. I've got the welder, now I just need to but the C25 and run a few practice welds.

Honestly, if you take your time measure three times before you cut and are comfortable with your welder - should be to big a deal.

Good luck, and post some pix (before and after).

Hey Here's a tip take out your inner fire wall cover so it doesn't catch on fire. Guess you found that out. If you want to cut metal use a die grinder and a cut off wheel. Works great for grinding welds too.
