Welcome aboard hojo. We can certainly use your expertise here. We have been lacking a qualified upholsterer. Thank you for offering to share your knowledge.

Are you able to make seat cushions (springs, etc.) if a pattern is supplied?? They would be two piece bottom seat for a 34 or 35 truck (green w/black grain vinyl)?????

35 trucker have you considered using a good grade dense foam and 3/4 marine plywood with webbing for your lower seat cushions I have made them for cars when the back seat bottom was missing. Just a thought. Tom

My trucks upholstrey is original and only has one small tear on the seat and its starting to crack a bit on the back/top.

Whats the best way to repair that small tear? Is there anything I can do about the cracking?

Also, the headliner is original. It has sagged a bit. Can that be fixed? If so, how?

Us girls like them ol trucks too!

Well Savage, I taint GOJO, MOJO, HOJO or Tom, but I do have an opinion and here are my thoughts on the AD headliner. Mine is the original and it to is saging. Even so, it's in real nice shape. I would think that the warpage could be flattened out if you wet the material and weight it down for a week or so until it has a chance to completely dry. However, I think the bigger problem is that the material has also shrunk over the years and no matter how flat you get it you can't make it any bigger. And that in my opinion, Can't be fixed.
