There has been a popup lately showing a hose with a check valve that keeps the vacuum from letting in air. Would be good for a one man job. Anyone else seen this or used one? They are cheap on line, but a lot of the cheap vacuum bleeders got bad reviews here. Any thoughts? | | | | Joined: Nov 2004 Posts: 2,317 Former Workshop Owner | Former Workshop Owner Joined: Nov 2004 Posts: 2,317 | I gravity bled the last time on my ‘69 1 1/2 ton. It wasn’t fast but it worked.

Many adapters to choose from for your master cylinder, I have a dual master in my 46 so I use the universal…..I use clamps instead of provided chains….

They have a built-in check valve. Loosen the bleeder screw 1/4 turn and slowly pump the brake pedal up and down. Jerry

But I saw somewhere (might have been here...) about someone making their own pressure bleeder out of a hand held insecticide/herbicide sprayer ... I guess you could use a extra M/C cover and add a port to it from the sprayer, pump it up to 10 psi and Robert's your mother's brother.
