Reverse lights became standard on the 1966 C-10. Without seeing the front or sides, you can't pin it down more than that, I think.

I would have to agree with Otto on 1966. Reverse lights aren't listed prior to 1966 Model year in the GM Heritage site documents. Nor could I find anything in dealer ads prior to 1966.

Could be ‘60-‘66. Double hump dash would be ‘60-‘63 but can’t see through the rear small window. I had a ‘63 big window custom cab that had back up lights.

Ha ! I can see that, I went to high school in Cheyenne. Used to drive to Laramie to see a girl. You can sure go fast on I-80 in the winter!
