Is there a support that connects the two headlight stands together. It would be in front of the radiator behind the grill. If so I guess one could be made easy enough.

This is the support that normally goes in front of the radiator in the grill shell. I think this is what you are asking about.

Yep, that's it. The one I found on e-bay was $250 plus shipping. I would think one could be made. Is this a 36 low cab only item? Going to be a bear to do with the grill assembled and mounted on the truck. That grill is a handful to assemble all the bars wink What would be the correct wording to locate one? Or a part number? Thanks for the reply.

The part number is 373568 and it is called a radiator shell reinforcement brace. It was used in both GMC and Chevrolet. And your right, it would be a job take the grill off to to install it. 1936 only.
