Just dont feel like messing with the v-8 conversion. Anyway I am trying to find out for sure what engine I have in mine and I looked for the blank next to the dizzy on mine and cleaned it off. To my surprise I found no numbers stamped there. My first quess is a rebuilt engine but I haven't had time to dig into it any further. I'll keep you posted if I find out anything further..

Also found out that the can attached to the firewall is an oil filter and not a brake booster.

I believe those are 230s or 250s how ever they will provide you with what you need for the V8 swap the bell housing and frame mounts on these later model sixes is the same as the V8 so even if you did use one of these you will have pretty much done a V8 swap and still have a six. | | |
