Indeed -- A very happy birthday indeed to the United States Army!

And oh by the way, I do have a connection ... I spent a year at Marion Military Institute (Marion, AL) prepping to enter the Naval Academy. I was in Army ROTC and rocketed my way all the way to the exalted rank of Cadet Corporal. So I was at least an NCO. smile

My Army days were not bad but I could not have stayed the distance to get a pension. I am to independent. How my brother stayed 23 years in Air Force I can't figure and then he worked at Wright Patterson AB 24 years until retirement. headscratch ohwell dance BTW a flag flys dailey out side my house.
