The 1951-55 1st series used GM# 3694170 with an overall length of 40-7/8". Jim Carter offers MEB456 to fit 1948-55 1/2 tons. His description does say some minor modifications may be necessary. The Filling Station offers FS-392 for 1947-55 1/2 tons. Their description does indicate there is an added part RW-1 that is required on each cable to adapt them to your 1950 1/2 ton parking brake actuators. Hope this is helpful.

Some of the cables are not manufactured correctly. The difference is not at the brake end but the bracket that is riveted to the frame. I ran into this issue with my ‘52 and I don’t believe this bracket on the ‘50 is any different. Here is a thread on this issue. [LINK]
