Search if you can find a local semi truck suspension shop that has ability to make custom springs
I needed the top leafs for both sides of my 53 one ton front end I brought them one old leaf and the new bushings that go in both ends and they made me perfect new leaves that I used to rebuild my leaf packs.
St. Louis Spring. Canadian steel, (No US Steel anymore) and they generally have the blueprints. Made all new springs for my Napco. Excellent product, excellent price. I asked him how he's making any money at his prices. Joe says, (I think it was Joe) "I'm trying to make a living, not a killing!" Great guy to talk to. Don't know if he's still there. Getting up in years back when I got my springs. They make all the springs for Jim Carter.

I actually just called St. Louis Springs to get a quote for a replacement set of leaf springs for my '48 3800 and he quoted me $180 per set of 8 springs bundles....not too bad at all.
And the turn around time is about 2 days from order placement.
