thinking about trading my hoist bed on my 48 loadmaster for a reg flatbed, or anyone know what wrecker bed would fit?? and where to look for one

If the hoist works, I'd keep it. A regular flatbed is nice, but it sure is handy to be able to dump something once in a while. You can still have the flatbed, just leave the hoist under it. It won't show, and it will be there if you need it.

What Rich said. You could even make a detachable wheel lift for it if you really want a towtruck. Versatility is nice in any truck.

I'd suggest you consider a trailer toter style body which very much resembles a wrecker body. You've seen them on the high end fifth wheel pullers. Lots of them available, look good, steel or aluminum or fibreglass options, cheaper than a new wrecker body, storage boxes built in...lots of good reasons besides you'll be the only kid on your block with one.
