The guy says it lights up and buzzes but doesn’t work. Wondering if anyone who has done a restoration on the radio for a 1951 3100 Chevy radio ( or had one done for them) could give some ballpark advice as to cost. Fantastic job. Not sure he's still in business as he was quite old. However the shipping is very expensive because I am in Canada. On top of that the Canadian border people charged me full tax on a unit that I worked on. It tooks months of back and forth letters before I got my money back.
There used to be a radio guy on the VCCA that called himslef Chevyradioman. He hasn't been active in a number r of years. I have seen someone that goes by Radio-fixer on the VCCA site and I get the impressin that he does repairs. | | |
