Joined: Mar 2000 Posts: 1,177 | Many of you probably were surprised to find that the Stovebolt forum was closed for emergency maintenance. And also surprised by how long it was closed for maintenance. That was my fault. I was asked to do some backend maintenance on the forum, and I forgot that admins can still log in to the forum even when it's closed. Everything looked perfectly normal to me, so I didn't realize there was a problem until I got up this morning and found Peggy's email asking me what was going on.
In the future, I will remember to test the forum with my test account to make sure I know what members who are not admins are seeing.

1948 3/4-Ton 5-Window Flatbed Chevrolet 34 Years. Now with a '61 261, 848 head, Rochester Monojet carb, SM420 4-speed, 4.10 rear, dual reservoir MC, Bendix up front, 235/85R16 tires, 12-volt w/alternator, electric wipers and a modern radio in the glove box.
