Many of you probably were surprised to find that the Stovebolt forum was closed for emergency maintenance. And also surprised by how long it was closed for maintenance. That was my fault. I was asked to do some backend maintenance on the forum, and I forgot that admins can still log in to the forum even when it's closed. Everything looked perfectly normal to me, so I didn't realize there was a problem until I got up this morning and found Peggy's email asking me what was going on.
In the future, I will remember to test the forum with my test account to make sure I know what members who are not admins are seeing.
We were rebuilding the content of the site but ran into a snag and had to stop. I went to bed not realizing that the site was offline.
