What size bus are we referring to?
Drums for the larger trucks/buses are just not reproduced. Salvage is about the only way.
Some of the smaller trucks have some availability.

you need to size your drums. as in all the dimensions. Then find a large truck web site that has those dimensions and search.
Because "Marketed" to your specific year may not be out there BUT actually they exists. "Reproduced" can actually just be under another make and model even modern.
Some things are not reproduced but Drums and Pads and Calipers often show up under all kinds of years makes and models.
Now not saying the unicorn is out there but I would start there. I know some guys have had luck with smaller truck drums and 1 tons this way.
The internet has made finding unicorns much easier. (and harder sometimes the old paper catalogs had very good indexes/charts).

So give us the details. Year make and model and what those dimensions are and we can help you look.

Best of luck.

None of those dimensions are large enough to describe the inside diameter of the brake drum.

Is there a data plate on the firewall from Chevrolet? Is there a Service Parts Identification plate somewhere on the bus (normally on the glove box door)? Lets see them...

Have you pulled the drums?

Measure the drum inside diameter and shoe width (example 15 x 4).

Do you know they are out of spec and can't be turned? Any big truck service shop should be able to turn them for you and reline your shoes.

Wow, that's big for front drums. My C60 has 14x2 1/2" drums and they're well past spec. The local truck place can line the shoes with double thickness linings to make them the same size as the enlarged drum, however I too have been looking for a set of new drums. I'm starting to look more seriously at converting to disc, there seem to be more options out there nowadays.

As I mentioned elsewhere, I was eventually able to find a pair of new Webb front brake drums-local, and at a fair price!

I found this Accuride page for the obsoleted Gunnite 2770 drum. It also has cross references to Webb (64401) and a bunch of GM and other vendor part numbers. Might be a good place to start.

Fleet Pride seems to think they have these, and they're not even ridiculously expensive. Not as expensive as those front drums I just bought, anyway..

You're welcome. I hope you can track 'em down. Also Fleetpride shows the front drums available Webb P/N 64425 14x2.5" and can verify they fit perfect on the 5,000lb front axle. Also, maybe you can get an employee purchase discount :-)
