For albatross,

This tandem rear end is from Mr. Cutting's site in New Hampshire.

This tanker I saw on ebay a while back, I think it sold pretty cheap.

I've seen the top one before,in fact it was my desktop for about six months. I sure do like it!! Do you know if it's a twin screw or a tag axle?

Thanks for that, the top one sure is pretty. There was a tandem GMC on the ATHS classifieds a while back, still looking out for a Chev though. frown

I saw one like the tandem tanker, except for the flatbed, on the road and still makin' a livin' today!!! Was glad to see it. Looked in pretty good shape too.

I smiled and waved at her but she just turned her nose up and kept on truckin'. Ah well, you know how that tandems can be, not much respect for the little single screws... grin

The tandems in the middle look like Mack by the camelback springs.

Hy guys, those side split housings are a pre war design, the springs are a center pivot design, hope that helps.
