I see your garage sweats and rains too. Looks like a nice truck to start with. Welcome to the Stovebolt,

Nice ride skippy. You have your work cut out for you. I'm sure it will be lots of fun. Always glad to help with what limited info and knowledge I have, I too am a newbie. I've had mine for about a year now. Feel free to use any photos on my site to help you restore yours. Tip, Take digital photos of every piece and part before you take it apart. Then when you do take it apart put in ziplock bags and label it, be real descriptive.

Have fun!

Yes, Welcome Skippy!!

I have a 4400, too ('49) that I'm in the middle of a frame-off restore.

Don't worry about figuring anything out -- just send a couple of pictures, and a write up, to Peggy at editor@stovebolt.com and she'll get you added to the Gallery for everyone to see.

Be sure to check out the rest of the web site, too -- lots of help available in the Tech Tips, Gallery (other trucks), FAQs and what not. When you need motivation, check out the Features. Just use the menu bar at the top of this page.

And again, welcome aboard!

Regards,
John
